I said I was going to do more behind the scenes drills and training in a video I made in the beginning of the year. This is the stuff I'm not so great at. Some things I'm working on getting back and some things I was never that great at to begin with. I give private lessons contact me via the site contact forms or text 410 868 7957 or 813 644 2486.
This shows how to drop into a jade and then a marion amber. Both moves have more detailed video tutorials for each of them. This is for the same reason part 1 was: to show another way into moves in case you are fatigued during a practice or performance. I give private lessons, drop me a line via messenger link on any of the pages for more information.
This is some of what I do to warm up for my pole sessions. This particular session is centered around spatchcock and getting ready to perform spatchcock. I do some intermediate inversions for warm-up because they help to stretch the muscles to be worked for the sessions. I'm also working on flinging around the pole to get back to where I can fling around catch the pole with my hand and then lift into spatchcock. I noticed in the video I show 3 lefts and 1 right spatchcock but oh well oops I didn't realize until after I posted the video. I do practice one then the other side until I'm satisfied. And I am still on comeback road. Happy poling. |
