Weight loss plateaus usually signify a balance in caloric intake to caloric burn. In other words you are burning exactly what you are consuming. Normally balance is a good thing in life, we all strive for it. But if you are not gaining or losing weight your consumption to burn ratio is in balance. To lose weight you must shake it up.
