Thread the needle. If you have to thread the needle it's probably the reverse poisson and if you do not thread the needle it is probably regular poisson. This move is pretty cool because it looks like another move but is actually totally different. It looks like the butterfly but instead of being built off the front leg in the split it's built off the back leg. This move rather than being built off superman like the name and look imply is built from the genie. This pretty move has been around for about 8 years and it may have more names. I love shooting these videos and do it for people just like me who for whatever reason don't have a regular studio to go to and pole at home. However, nothing substitutes for one on one lessons.
