This is how to do a move called the helix. It's built off of the outside leg hang and relies heavily on that top hand to keep you on the pole. Pulling hard on that hanging leg with your free hand will put pressure on your hand you may not be ready for. I am available for private lessons, DM for details.
I mistakenly say in the video this is PDC level 5 move but it is a level 6 move. Watch your shoulders, if it hurts don't do it. The reason it's a level six hold is because it's harder than it looks. A lot harder. All of your weight is on your shoulder and only one shoulder.
