Beginner exotic pole dance routine on static pole

Super slow and easy to follow. Little flexibility required, beginner exotic pole dance routine.

Most dancers when they're first starting out move too fast. Other dancers will tell you: slow down, move at half the speed you are moving now.
The reason for this is most people don't realize even a fast song has either a slower melody or a 1 beat you can move on instead of the tempo of the whole song.

When I started teaching pole dancing in 2006 static pole was standard. It was rare to see a spinning pole and the studio I taught in never switched to the poles that can do both.

I didn't get on a spin pole until 2011 when a client loaned me her static/spin pole. This was a full 10 years after I first started poling and 5 years after I'd started teaching.

This is purposely slow and without splits because I wasn't even able to do a split when I 1st started dancing.
Private lessons available. DM me for details.
