One of the things I had been lacking over the last 7 years was flow from pole to floor work to pole again. This was due to a few reasons, carpet, the drive to work tricks over anything, and the frustration that I didn't have enough time to do everything I wanted in each session. I had to commit to working on flow/floorwork and tricks in the same sessions if I was going to get better at an overall performance. I wish rest days weren't necessary and I could train 7 days a week but I cannot. I even tried to stretch for 21 days straight. I stretched deep on some days but lightly on most days and by the end I knew stretching even lightly every single day wasn't the answer. So after more research I have revamped my stretch routine and I believe it will be more effective and efficient. I give lessons here and through video conference.
