How to do the butterfly pole dance hold

Well we have made it half way through the year. I set out to make a tutorial video for every week in 2019 and I am having a great time coming up with material for each video. 

I will never forget the first time I saw a still of the butterfly. The dancer was fully extended into the split and I had no idea how they got into it. Not long after I saw a video of a group class and they had several dancers in there that could do the move. All of them got into it from cradle hold.
