I have no idea who Marley is. I didn't know who Marley was when this pole trick came out years ago but anyway. Mostly this trick is a cocoon but instead of both hands on one leg the hands are on each respectively. It looks the best if you have a lot of back flexibility but the original hold did not have a back arch at all, making it right either way. The first time I tried this on a 50mm pole I though my knee wrapped around the pole would split open and the bone would just pop right out. It hurt so bad. It got easier once I realized give yourself a head start by arching your back and pushing with your lower hand on the pole until you get into position then lower slowly and arch as hard as you can.
