Pole dance tutorial: peacock 1 & 2

This is the peacock versions 1 and 2 in the same video mostly because there was enough time. What I forget to explain to you is that the reason that the full split is easier than the half split is because with the full split you're holding on with your gluteal fold and the half split you're holding on with your knee pit or your really your thigh unless you get it in your knee pit really hard.
Also, with that top leg be sure to press your ankle in really hard to the pole and that will make it easier to hold on with your elbow.

This is the crossbow version 2. I don't know of anything off hand you can just change one thing and have it be another known move like how with crossbow 1 all you would have to do is bring your legs together and straighten your back and you have the toothbrush.

This is the 1st version of cross bow. Both 1 and 2 are built off the genie pole hold. This version however, can lead to the toothbrush pole hold.
