I have ADD myself so I get it but most of you won't even get to the point in the video but if you do the squeak doesn't hurt. I guess my skin is used to it.

This move was made into a meme that says "oh you dance with your feet on the ground, that's cute." 

I always thought this simple move was so pretty and a great follow for the superman pole hold.

It does help to have performed a thorough warm up including a few back bends and shoulder bending exercises.

About 3 months ago I posted some beginner choreography tutorial videos that showed moves you can do on a pole for beginners. On one of those videos someone commented they wanted to see the moves all together in one song. I finally got to shoot that video so here it is. Also as this is 100% freestyle there is a good chance I left some moves out and included moves not in the tutorials. 

Don't mind the brief split in the middle if you are not that flexible. You can sub in a pigeon or jazz split right there if you are following along.
