I give private lessons right here in this room. Call or text 410 868 7957. Or 813 644 2486. If not in the Tampa area video lessons are available. Sometimes you want to contemplate life. On the pole. In the middle of a routine. This is how to sit on the pole. It's useful for when you want to set up another move, connect with your audience, or just rest for a second between poses.
