This is called the devil's point shuffle. It's a great workout and a cool way to make sure you are working both sides of your body. It takes you from one side of the pole to the other so you must be able to invert on both sides. Ultimately the moves required are outside leg hang > genie > inside leg hang but how to get there takes a little finesse. I do these tutorials for the home polers who have no access to a studio.
