In last week's blog post I shared the broken doll pole move and said I was sure it was created because it was on the way to an other pole move. This is that other pole move. The jalegra is a combination of a jade split with the alegra arm behind the pole. The first time I ever tried this I failed because I didn't realize that you have to hook your bottom arm first and you have to be in inside leg hang pose to get your arm around the pole in the first place. The arm hook is just the first part though. Check out the video to see where to go next. I have a few slots available for private lessons.
