The book calls this the standing split which I would have thought was standing on the floor and pulling your leg into the air to make a split. (I'll have to see if they have a name for that.)
The 1st time I ever did this was NYE 16 into 17. It was Saturday night and I decided it was going to be a pole party NYE.
I haven't done it since and tried it just for this tutorial.
