This is just some of what I do to stretch for pole. These stretches will help overall flexibility and many serve as poses to help get deeper into splits or back-bends.
Always make sure you are properly warmed up before attempting any stretching. For me I find it is best to stretch after a pole session on days that I am going to pole. If I am not poling that day I find it is best to stretch as soon as I get up if it's possible.
