This is some of what I do to warm up for my pole sessions. This particular session is centered around spatchcock and getting ready to perform spatchcock. I do some intermediate inversions for warm-up because they help to stretch the muscles to be worked for the sessions. I'm also working on flinging around the pole to get back to where I can fling around catch the pole with my hand and then lift into spatchcock. I noticed in the video I show 3 lefts and 1 right spatchcock but oh well oops I didn't realize until after I posted the video. I do practice one then the other side until I'm satisfied. And I am still on comeback road. Happy poling. |
